1. The Consultation

We want to make sure this is a good fit for everyone. During our consultation, we'll discuss your needs, your budget, your timeline, and your options for the best use of your Microsoft 365 services, as well as the Arrow365 Plan that would best fit your needs.

2. The Plan Agreements

Once you decide which Arrow365 Plan works best for you, we'll prepare the Agreements which outline the end-user parameters, our services, and support. The Agreements pertain only to your Arrow365 Plan and not to your Microsoft 365 subscription.

3. The Welcome Packet

Our customized Client Welcome Guide sets the tone and sets you at ease. The Guide provides essential details about items we need to get started, the timeline, the scope of the project, and much more.

4. The Design Meeting

Join me in the Microsoft 365 showroom! During our meeting, we'll discuss your default folder structure(s), as well as frequently visited websites, your workflow, and so much more.

5. The Setup

This is where the magic of Arrow365 happens. During setup, we'll customize your Team Communication Site and Training Center, we'll implement the Arrow365 templates and commands, and we'll begin rolling out your cases or matters.* (*Integrated & Enterprise Plans)

6. The Training

During our training session, you'll begin to move into your new system. You'll also learn more about how to use Microsoft 365 applications independently, with SharePoint, and in Teams, as well as how to navigate, how to use Arrow365 to create and archive Matters, and much more.

What happens to my data if I end my Arrow365 services?

Absolutely nothing! That's the best part!

While we hate to see you leave, but it is important to know that absolutely nothing happens to your data if you end your subscription services with Arrow365. The SharePoint sites you created, the data you uploaded, the events you entered, and more, will remain functional and on your Microsoft 365 tenant entirely. In fact, if you purchased above our Standard Plan, you get to keep the custom Team Communication Site and Training Center with all training videos.

Our objective is to empower you, not hinder you. Our goal is to get your data under your Microsoft 365 subscription entirely so that it is your last migration. Our hope is to give the knowledge back to the legal community and provide the information to build better and more cost-effective practice management solutions.
